Hi, I’m Becca! I’m a seinor broadcast journalism and drama student at NYU, originally from sunny St. Pete, Florida. I host and produce The Spotlight podcast, write for Washington Square News, and love working on all things news, entertainment radio, media, and performance. When I’m not in the city (or at the beach), you can usually find me backpacking through the Appalachian Mountains and singing campfire songs.

I Hosted and produced The Spotlight, NYU's only entertainment podcast featuring campus arts and interviews with NYC creatives, hosted the two-hour weekly funk show What The Funk?!, and worked as an editor for the magazine Static, reviewing and refining stories for publication.

Assisted the CEO in coordinating with external partners, managed and grew the company’s social media presence, built the company website, and helped produce an Off-Broadway play and short films. Gained experience in grant writing and editing applications for non-profit funding.

Documented the summers and produced promotional videos and marketing materials, supervised 60+ junior staff, managed recruitment of 82 applicants, and led 15+ hikes for campers aged 12–18 while training new staff to lead hikes.
Created many Instagram and Facebook posts, as well as short form content like TikToks and Reels for major brands like Pop-Tarts and a new social media app, Peek. Working closely with guildlines and social media algorithms.
